WHAT IS BEING COUNTED?

This election is to determine whether or not ATK employees will form a union and be represented by the Communication Workers of America (CWA). The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is counting ballots that were cast by eligible ATK employees. The vote is won by a simple majority of all ballots received.
